Cross training, massage and exercise therapy for young people.
Helen works with years 3-6 as a pre school club right up to teens who are persuing their sports such as swimming to a high level.

As young people increase the frequency in their chosen sport, some to a high level, the repetitiveness can lead to injuries or niggles. Any issues can be addressed through massage and exercise prescription.

Following an assessment, an exercise programme can be developed to supplement their sport and decrease the risk of injury, often increasing performance.




I swim 20 hours a week, approximately 75k and have been seeing Helen since I was 12 years old for bio-mechanic assessment and exercises. Most recently I have seen Helen for sports massage to help me recover from my intense programme of swimming. With the exercises Helen prescribed, my core and gluteal muscles have increased my performance and helped me to be so much stronger and smoother in the water.  Helen was without a doubt a significant part in helping me achieve a Gold and two Bronzes at English Nationals this year.   Thank you Helen.
