Exercise for Lower Back Pain and Special Conditions

Helen is a qualified group/ one to one exercise referral fitness instructor and can help you manage certain conditions such as lower back pain. This is an exercise programme providing the correct techniques for optimal movement.

Learn a series of exercises you can do to help reduce/alleviate persistent lower back pain, muscle tension, stiffness and soreness helping you return to balanced movement.

I came to see Helen after suffering with a bad back and osteoporosis. I had no improvement at the gym but her fitness sessions focussed on using the correct technique to strengthen my lower back and the supporting muscles. I feel much stronger, especially as Helen looks at the whole body and also treated my stiff shoulder during our sessions.
