The sessions are a mixture of indoor and outdoor depending on the season and the classes run in 6 week blocks. Run as a small group or one on one.
Exercise during pregnancy
This session provides a safe exercise programme to maintain health, fitness and well being during your pregnancy. In a carefully managed environment, you will also work on maintaining optimal posture, joint mobility and energy levels, helping you cope with the demands of labour and speed up your return to fitness post-birth.
Post Natal Exercise
A progressive group or one to one programme designed to help you improve/regain fitness, reach your personal goals and help your body to adapt to the added demands of motherhood. Helen gives special attention to abdominal separation, pelvic floor and anatomical alignment that may have changed due to compensations made during pregnancy.
During pregnancy, excessive pressure and load on the the body can cause non-optimal alignment. After you’ve had your baby, in some cases, abdominal separation may be prolonged and can create core instability, pelvic floor and body alignment issues. The 7 stage whole body technique used by Helen will help re-align abdominals and stabilise the body, supporting your future fitness programmes and activities.
The group session will also give you the opportunity to get fit, with your baby happily tucked up in their buggy, whilst meeting other new mums.
Prerequisite to underpin your body mechanics, fitness programmes or sport in the studio
Bespoke to the individual, considering each person's fitness, mind and body mechanics.
Diagnose treat and prescribe with appropriate manual therapy and exercise.
A fun, upbeat outdoor session for all ages in all weathers with a personal goal specific approach providing mental freedom for your day.
1:1 supporting teens and younger children in their sport. Group sessions before school delivering fun, energetic cross training.
Addressing conditions such as lower back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis to alleviate persistent pain and/or restricted movement.
Maintaining health & fitness with confidence during pregnancy. Post natal fitness progression, group buggy fit or 1:1.
Find core strength and freedom of movement with this small group (max 4) of bespoke body conditioning in the studio.
