CLASS DESCRIPTIONAll sessions are 1 hour incorporating a warm up period, progressing into a healthy heart section with varying amounts of muscular strength and endurance along the way. We finish up with a cool down period and stretch. RUN FOR FUN: The correct form and breathing is taught for your improvement of pace and/or distance incorporating a small amount of circuit exercise. WALKING: The class will teach you the correct posture required for fitness walking in order to improve your pace safely and effectively working muscle groups with the circuit exercises along the way. CIRCUIT EXERCISES: The class makes use of natures gym to work the upper and lower body at your own level whilst improving strength and ability to participate in your everyday activities with ease. OUTDOOR FITNESS CIRCUIT : The class will incorporate walking with running options to help with not only weight loss but improve stamina and endurance. Includes circuit exercises along the way. PRE/POST NATAL : A studio based class at LA fitness , Northwood to improve fitness and help the body cope with the additional demands of motherhood. Special consideration to abdominals, pelvic floor and body alignment. In fine weather a portion of the class can be outside with the buggies. THE WEATHERWe go out in all weathers-sun, rain, sleet, damp and chilly. The terrain will change with the weather and so will the workout. The result is always the same-fun, fitness then home with an energy boost and clear mind. YOU WILL ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL!
CLOTHINGYou will need your clothing to be light layers, suitable to tie round your waist.
